At Coty’s in-house digital agency, Beamly, I partnered with internal leadership and collaborated directly with Coty’s corporate creative team to cohesively execute within the "I Am What I Make Up" brand vision. Operating across both internal agency and corporate structures, our teams co-created cohesive assets to ensure a unified brand presence. I directed the creative execution for online platforms and web-native social content as well as targeted print initiatives. By pairing consumer data insights with beauty aesthetics, I oversaw the development of product-forward digital media that supported global brand alignment, visibility, and ecommerce goals.
